My trainer set me a new target today: gain 2 kilograms.
Of muscle of course.
I have come this far that the targets are now upwards, not downwards. It has taken just 9 months – which, frankly, isn’t long. Most of the pain has been forgotten. And I can definitely say, it was worth it.
It won’t be easy, juggling fat and muscle mass balances, but I will try.
