I went for my regular blood pressure check up on Thursday. The first time since taking up gym training. I remember last time, in June, the cute doctor reminded me, somewhat to my embarrassment, that exercise is very important.
I was looking forward to telling her that I’d done it. And secretly to impress her with my weight loss.
Alas she was not in. Drat.
Saw a young male doctor. Friendly enough. My blood pressure was 125/75. Not bad at all considering BP is always a little high at the clinic. Doctor says 100 – 110 will be best for the systolic figure. That shall be my aim.
Oh please ignore the other numbers. The scales cut off 1cm from my head and the weight is quite off too.
