75.2 – that’s my post-gym, post-lunch weight at the moment.

It’s been two months since I started gym training. Here’s the before-and-after:

Muscle Mass 57.3 kg 57.22 kg
BMI 28.6 26.5

I still have a ways to go, but in terms of the conditioning phase of my weight loss programme, my trainer says I’ve done well. :)
