And fat mass went down to 28.9% from 29.6% on Wednesday! Trainer says ups and downs are normal during the first month but I’m still determined to keep it down down downwards.
Thankfully this morning’s nasi lemak didn’t seem to cause too much damage. Office went out to lunch at Bosses, Vivocity. Basically an over-priced dim sum place. I avoided all the noodles and rice dishes, eating only two 小笼包, one prawn siew mai, one very delicious yam bun, 2 prawns stir-fried and jasmine tea. For teatime only fruits and jelly. Looks like this might be a good schedule.
Going to BK now to get a fish burger with salad. :)
